Goodreads Challenge 2019 Summary and Stats

Hello everyone,

Welcome to my final blog post of 2019! It is time to look back at all the books I read during the year, and compile some rather interesting statistics relating to them, which provide a useful insight into my current reading habits and preferences.

My Goodreads target for the year was 50 books, which felt very achievable considering that I had managed to read a total of 61 in 2018. I reached the target in October, and have ended 2019 having finished 58 books in all, with two more still on the go.

Considering that I have had less time to read in 2019, and have read longer books, I am really pleased with how many books I have been able to finish! Here are some statistics…

  1. It’s nice to see that both of us had very similar pie charts when it comes to ratings. Most of mine were 4 and above too. Loved your graphics and wishing you good luck for 2020. Happy Reading !!!
