2018 Goodreads Challenge Summary and Stats

Hello everyone,

At the beginning of 2018 I decided to take part in the Goodreads challenge for the first time, having recently set up an account. I set myself a target of 45 books, which felt quite ambitious considering I had never read more than 25 in a year before.

I began steadily, aiming to read four books per month just to stay on track. I was so worried about falling behind! But then I found that I just could not stop reading, and after a book-filled summer I managed to reach my target before the end of August!

I never ever expected to get to 45 so quickly. In the last four months of the year, I managed to read another 17 books to reach a total of 62. I still cannot believe it!

For this post, I have decided to share some statistics about my year in reading.

    1. Difficult question…if I would have to choose I would probably say Close To Home by Cara Hunter!
My previous post was a list of my top 10 books of the year, and that is included on there 🙂
