Monthly Wrap-Up – October 2018

Hello everyone,

We have reached the end of October, which seemed to go by as quickly as the temperature went from warm and summery to freezing cold! Still, it was fun and I managed to get a lot of things done!

October was an especially good month for writing. I decided to prioritise that and it is mostly paying off. I am almost on the last chapter of my WIP, so naturally I am excited at the prospect of getting it finished!

I managed to read a total of four books in October, and a couple of them had their flaws, I felt invested and emotionally connected with them all, which led to some long reviews 😉

Here are the books I read in October:

Set Free ⭐⭐⭐
The Girls ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Last Seen Alive ⭐⭐⭐.5
The Miniaturist ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

I have tried to put a lot of work into my blog lately, and I have exciting plans for future posts. During October, I managed to upload my first discussion post for what felt like forever, and also a poem called ‘The Missing Words‘.

Finally, I just wanted to say thank you to the book blogging community, which reached even greater levels of support in October. You are truly amazing and I feel blessed to be a member of it. Also, a special mention to those of you who took part in Blogtober, that really is quite a commitment!

I hope you all have a great November.

Happy reading 🙂
